Superpower SCALE Mastermind
You’re ready to scale your work. You want to serve more of your right-fit clients without working more. In fact, you might want to make MORE and work LESS. You want your scaled offer to be incredibly high-quality and life-changing.
It's time to step up to a new level of leadership. (Even if you're a bit scared about it). You’ve got amazing ideas. A-Mazing. Yes, you do. But you’re not sure where to start. Or if you HAVE started, you’re hitting obstacles early in the journey.
Your new idea might be:
An online course
A group coaching program
A group therapy program
A membership community
Something else you’ll cook up
Taking your business in a new direction requires a new set of tools and skills. In order to create and sell a new kind of offer, you’ll need to do things differently.
To make your idea a reality, you’ve heard you need to do (at least some of) this stuff:
Build and nurture an email list
Create a stellar lead magnet
Create one or more funnels
Create a podcast, blog or other regular content
Launch your offer
Create partnerships with colleagues
No, you don’t necessarily have to do ALL of those things. I’m all about working within your Superpowers and leaving the rest. Let’s come up with a realistic plan that you can implement and stick with.
What is Superpower SCALE Mastermind?
A small group of Superpower Method Alumni Community members will work together over 2 months, starting on September 28th
You’ll be working with eight or less of your most driven and invested peers to take action on your dream.
We’ll work on this stuff:
Clarify your right-fit client for this particular offer
Identify and create the simplest version of your offer so that you can get started quickly and pivot if needed
Create a marketing plan so you can share your offer
Take steps to hone both your offer and your marketing plan
Work through the imposter syndrome issues that will come up as you take these steps. (Yes, these issues WILL come up!)
I'll walk you through an 8-step process to go from idea to delivery. At the end of this program, you’ll have clarity about what your offer is, who it’s for, and how you plan to deliver it. You’ll have a small group of committed folks supporting you to keep on taking steps and make this thing happen. You’ll know your next steps, and you’ll already be a significant part of the way there.
This is for YOU, Superhero, if you:
Already have a scaled offer and you’re hitting obstacles in marketing and delivering it.
Don’t have an offer yet, but you know you want to create one.
Are willing to put in at least a few hours of work each week for a couple of months to get this thing off the ground. (You ever notice how you can FIND time to do what you WANT to do? You’ll find time if you really want to.)
Want to WORK ON your new idea rather than LEARN ABOUT making your idea happen someday.
This is NOT for YOU, Superhero, if you:
Want to bring more clients into your therapy practice. (We’re not working on that here, but keep coming to the general alumni calls for that!)
Want to learn about creating a scaled offer so that you can do it someday when you’re ready...and that’s not now.
Want to bring additional clinicians into your practice. (Great idea, but this mastermind isn’t focused in that direction, and you’ll need a different set of tools.)
Need this to bring in a quick 6 figures. (Scaling can be very profitable, but the big bucks take time.)
How we’ll do it:
We’ll meet seven times (usually every week) over group video.
Each call will be ninety minutes long.
Each call will be recorded and you’ll have access to the recordings after the program ends.
We’ll have a secret FB group just for this group.
I'll be offering supplemental materials (videos, resources and more) within the Facebook group as the need arises.
Now let me answer some questions I think you have. I do know you.
How many people will be in this?
The group will be limited to nine Superheroes or less.
What’s expected of me?
You’ll fill out an extensive questionnaire due at least a week before the first call clarifying your goals and obstacles so that we can get you moving forward from the very first meeting.
You’ll show up at each call with a question, obstacle or next step to work on.
When you have a question between calls, you’ll post it on the FB group so that everyone can learn from what you’re asking and you can get additional feedback.
What are the dates?
The dates are all Friday mornings at 8:15 am Pacific, 11:15 am Eastern, for 90 minutes. Dates: 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, and 11/16.
If there's an emergency on one of those dates and I need to reschedule, the make-up date will be 11/23.

How much does this cost?
$1400 for the entire program or $350 per month for 4 months.
Why a small group? Why not work one-on-one with Annie?
I have been helping folks work through this stuff one-on-one, and I know that there’s magic in a group that you just can’t get alone with me. The levels of community, accountability, inspiration and feedback are much higher in a super-invested small group.
The people who will be drawn to this mastermind are committed to taking action. I believe there’s truth to the idea that we’re the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with (Jim Rohn’s theory). This is an opportunity to work with and spend time with entrepreneurs who have big dreams and are ready to take action, like you.
I’m in two mastermind groups myself and I’ve found that the influence and support of the other entrepreneurs in my masterminds pushes me in a way one-on-one work never could.
What’s the return on my investment?
If you’re still reading this, and you’re in the “This is for you, Superhero” category, your goal is to increase your revenue significantly without working more. You’re going to actually launch an offer during the mastermind or soon after. I want you to commit to this mastermind only if you’re planning to do that.
I can’t guarantee that your first scaled offer will be the one that takes off. The steps you take and the tools you learn in this mastermind will get you closer to creating and selling that successful and profitable offer.
I’ll share (and geek out on) everything I know about creating and promoting a scaled offer, but this will NOT be a blueprint. There’s very little curriculum. Rather, I should say, the curriculum is for you to actually do the work and create and sell your offer.
Part of what we’ll do together is figure out what you need to charge and how many participants you need in order to make your new offer highly profitable. You’ll be in the driver’s seat of making sure you get a great return on your investment.
When you step into creating scaled offers, your income no longer has a ceiling. Think about that for a moment….There is no longer a built-in limit to how much money you can make.
What if I still need help after the program is over?
You can keep the momentum going with your amazing Superheroes as accountability buddies and me as your coach on an as-needed one-on-one basis. I may also offer other mastermind opportunities in the future.
How much time should I spend on this stuff between calls?
I’d recommend blocking out three hours or more per week to get stuff done.
